If so, you might be ready to Master Your Food Relationship, a group coaching program led by nutritionist and food relationship expert, Claudia Nieman.
Your food relationship is determined by seven key areas: Your (1) food beliefs, (2) body image, (3) mindfulness, (4) diet, (5) time, (6) meal planning, and (7) resilience. Most people struggle with more than one area of their food relationship and many suffer in all areas of their food relationship.
If you feel frustrated by one or more areas of your food relationship, or if any area of your food relationship is keeping you from happiness, health, or freedom in your food relationship, this program is probably for you.
ABOUT YOUR COACH
I have been a nutritionist for nearly a decade and I specialize in helping people overcome their long-standing frustrations with their diet, weight, and relationship with food.
I suffered with a poor relationship to food for most my life. Even after getting my degree in nutrition, I struggled with self-control, body image, and cravings. Overtime, I learned to overcome my challenges with food, and now I enjoy a happy, healthy, free food relationship that I want to share with you.
I am not here to be an “influencer,” or the next internet sensation. I simply want to reach the people who feel like “enough is enough” and help them live their healthy, happy, optimal life through diet and lifestyle changes.
Many experts out there aren’t being completely honest about what will help you truly live a healthy, balanced life through diet and lifestyle. Many “experts” out there don’t know what they are talking about, and though they mean well, they are probably not the best person to help you with your food relationship.
While I don’t care about becoming the next health “influencer,” I do care about being a REALLY good nutritionist that gets you permanent results with a positive experience. Through this program, you will get my all and my best to help you set the record straight and get the lasting changes you want from your relationship with food.
